Today I thought I would give you my picks for some great Super Bowl Party recipes. These recipes are a round-up of some of my favorites. I’ve already posted these on my site under various categories, but I thought it would be helpful to group them together for you to view as you plan for this Sunday’s big game.
One recipe that I have not posted before is Spinach Dip. I make it for almost every gathering I have at my home. I use the recipe on the back of the Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix packet, except I eliminate the water chestnuts. And, I only use Hellmann’s Mayonnaise. It is simply the best spinach dip and it is so simple to make. I usually serve it with seedless/plain rye bread. However, our new favorite is to serve it with Beer Bread (I use the mix from Tastefully Simple). Your guests will love this.
Of course, our other favorite dip is Olive Dip, which we serve with crackers. And, don’t forget about the yummy Buffalo Chicken Dip.
One of our favorite appetizers is Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers, and I’m sure this will definitely be a crowd pleaser. You might also like Tortilla Roll-ups, Easy Nachos, or Spinach Squares.
For main dishes, you might try serving Turkey Philly Sandwiches, Pork Tacos, Chicken Enchilada Pasta, Quick and Easy Chili or Italian Beef with Roasted Red Peppers. These are quick and easy and would be great game day choices.
Some great sides to go with these meals include Macaroni Salad, Corn Salad and/or Sweet Corn Cake.
To finish off the party with some great treats, try the Grape Salad, Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies, Surprise Filled Cupcakes, Dirt Dessert, or Mexican Cheesecake.
Well those are my picks. If you have any great Super Bowl Recipes, please share them with us.
Enjoy the Game! I know you will enjoy the food.
