Well today I have just a quick post.  I want to tell you about a great dessert I discovered at Trader Joe’s – their Sublime Ice Cream Sandwiches.  Look at them.  You can almost eat the box.  No, really.  These are a great sweet treat.  Take one bite of these soft chocolate chip cookies stuffed with creamy vanilla ice cream, and you will fall in love.  And as if that isn’t enough, they are rolled in mini chocolate chips.
