Actually, if you are trying to save money, we do not recommend eating out very often. Eating out is one of the biggest budget busters. However, there are going to be those times when you want to celebrate or treat yourself to a day when someone else can do the cooking. For those special occasions, there are strategies to help you save.
Don’t forget about dining discounts. So many discounts are available now that give you great choices at big savings – sometimes even 50%. You can sign up for Groupon, Living Social, Restaurant.com or even Amazon Local Deals to get great discounts on dining out. Just be sure to read the fine print for any restrictions that may apply. You should also sign up at various restaurants that give loyalty points and rewards. You can earn free stuff or discounts by being a loyal customer. Join their email list and you could even get a free dinner for your birthday. And finally, use coupons. Coupons that come in the mail, on-line coupons offered by companies like Valpak, and coupons in the Entertainment Book (there is also an on-line version of this book).

I had downloaded the above link, “All ways to save” earlier this month and just sat down to review the document. 20 ways to save…wow! It is so amazing how much money we spend and how much we can save. Every little thing we do along the way to save money can amount to huge savings monthly and yearly. I could not believe the coupon lady, the brown bag lunch, the lightbulbs, the coffee, etc. Thanks for the information it was great. I saved the document on my computer and I know I will refer to it often.
