Banana Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

As I told you before, our family loves to make smoothies.  Today we whipped up this smoothie as an after school snack.  It was very yummy and very satisfying, and it was a very healthy snack.  This would also be a great item to serve in the morning before school starts. 

 The only problem I had making this, was that the fruit looked so good as I was cutting it up, I kept sampling it and almost didn’t have enough to make my smoothies.  Anyway, try this.  It’s good and it’s healthy.  This will make two servings.

You will need:

1 medium banana

1 kiwi, peeled

9 strawberries, stems & cores removed

6 oz. vanilla yogurt

½ cup orange juice

2 TBSP honey

 

Place all ingredients in your blender (or your Magic Bullet) and blend until smooth.

 

Pour into glasses to serve.  Enjoy!
