Here’s a quick and easy recipe for yummy chocolate chip banana muffins. They are moist and delicious and my family loves them. With this recipe, you will get about 16 – 18 muffins. They will be gobbled up quickly.
You will need:
1¾ cups flour
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ripe bananas, mashed
¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl, combine the oil, sour cream and vanilla.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in the bananas and chocolate chips.
Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 350 F for 20-22 minutes.
